TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by 1-1 Tutor (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, tutoring services, scheduling tools, and communications channels, including SMS, email, and phone communications.

By enrolling in our services, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with us electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES

10n1 Tutor provides online, 1-1 tutoring services for academic subjects, test preparation, professional software, business skills, and technology-related training. Services are delivered remotely using Company-approved platforms and are facilitated by independent contractor tutors.

Tutoring services are educational support services only and do not constitute instruction by an accredited institution.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION

You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our services or provide consent on behalf of a minor. Parents or legal guardians enrolling minors confirm that they are authorized to do so and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and communications.

3. COMMUNICATION CONSENT (A2P / SMS COMPLIANCE)

By submitting your phone number through our website, enrollment forms, scheduling tools, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive communications from 10n1 Tutor, including but not limited to service-related messages, scheduling notifications, account updates, and support communications via SMS, MMS, phone calls, or email.

Message frequency may vary based on your engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP or contacting us directly.

We do not sell or share mobile subscriber information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. TUTOR MATCHING AND CONSULTATIONS

The Company operates under a curated matching model. Based on the information you provide, we identify tutors from our vetted network. You may be offered a free introductory consultation prior to enrolling in a tutoring package.

Tutor availability and compatibility are not guaranteed beyond the agreed engagement.

5. PACKAGES, FEES, AND PAYMENTS

Tutoring services are offered through prepaid packages. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not store payment card information and is not responsible for third-party processing errors.

6. SCHEDULING, ATTENDANCE, AND CANCELLATIONS

Sessions must be scheduled through Company-approved scheduling systems. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled or missed without sufficient notice may be deducted from the package balance in accordance with Company policy.

7. TUTOR REPLACEMENT

If a tutor is not a suitable fit, the Company may offer a tutor replacement during the active package period. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be transferred to a replacement tutor.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Company does not guarantee academic improvement, exam scores, certifications, grades, or professional outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONDUCT

Users agree to interact respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abusive behavior, inappropriate communication, or attempts to bypass Company systems or policies are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.

10. SERVICES INVOLVING MINORS

For minors, tutoring sessions must occur only through Company-approved platforms. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervision and consent at all times.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions, including the Philippines, to deliver services.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10n1 Tutor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for unused tutoring services.

13. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund for completed sessions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
